Tray really listened to us and tailored a website that meets our needs and those of our 197+ chapters perfectly. Chapters can order no charge marketing materials whenever they need them, as well as purchasing stationary and conference materials customized with their own unique identifying brand. These efforts have increased our member acquisition and retention efforts and maintained a consistent look and feel across all chapters. Our challenge has been to get all of our chapters to keep the AFP brand consistent; using the site Tray created for us has made it much easier.
