Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) is the world’s largest cruise trade association, providing a unified voice and leading authority of the global cruise community as a leader in responsible tourism and the best way to experience the world. The organization supports policies and practices to advance a safe, secure, healthy and sustainable cruise ship environment and promote positive travel experiences for the nearly 30 million passengers who cruise annually. CLIA’s North American Travel Trade Membership has worked directly with Ron Vermette and Tray, Inc. since 2015 for the vast majority of their printing and fulfillment needs serving their 45,000-member community. This includes print materials for annual membership packets, live events and conferences. The membership community includes nearly 37,000 Individual Agents and more than 8,100 Travel Agencies. In addition, Tray, Inc. also handles fulfillment for the 8,100 Travel Agency packets that include stuffing the on-boarding materials and shipping them all over the U.S. and Canada. Most importantly, CLIA can count on Tray, Inc to get it right and is available at a moment’s notice to make last-minute requests or edits. Before COVID-19, Ron would make monthly visits to the office just to check in and make sure all of our printing and fulfillment needs were being met; a true business partner!
JOHN LONG & ERIC SWANSON
Westfield Montgomery has been a valued customer of Tray for over 10 years. Recently, they were tasked with supporting multiple food court tenants, providing space for outdoor dining where patrons could eat at a shopping mall. Due to the pandemic, restrictions were in place prohibiting any and all dining within the food court area. Tray was able to work in tandem with the client’s design agency to add a theme and decorate the outdoor space. Additionally, Tray was tasked with providing decoration, promotion and visible direction to the outdoor space from indoors so that visiting patrons knew where their destination was located, while working around existing graphics on a few of the available spaces.
