Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) is the largest cruise trade association in the world, serving as a unified voice and leading authority for the global cruise community. CLIA promotes responsible tourism and offers the best ways to experience the world. The organization supports policies and practices that ensure a safe, secure, healthy, and sustainable cruise environment while also fostering positive travel experiences for nearly 30 million passengers who cruise each year. Since 2015, CLIA’s North American Travel Trade Membership has collaborated closely with Tray, Inc. to address most of their printing and fulfillment needs, supporting a community of 45,000 members. This partnership includes producing print materials for annual membership packets, live events, and conferences. The membership community consists of nearly 37,000 individual agents and over 8,100 travel agencies. Additionally, Tray, Inc. manages the fulfillment of packets for the 8,100 travel agencies, which involves preparing onboarding materials and shipping them throughout the U.S. and Canada.
