Introduction to Nonprofit Partnerships

At Tray, Inc., we take pride in helping nonprofit organizations achieve their goals and amplify their missions. Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of collaborating with organizations that are changing the world in meaningful ways. Today, we’re highlighting some of our recent projects with the American Public Health Association (APHA), the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), and Black Health Connect (BHC). These projects showcase not only the versatility of what we can do but also the impact that thoughtfully executed materials can have.

17 Years Strong With American Public Health Association (APHA)

Our relationship with APHA has been a marathon of collaboration, spanning over 17 years. Most recently, we partnered with them to produce essential materials for their annual conference. This included:

  • Conference Program Reports: Professionally printed and bound to keep attendees informed and organized.
  • Custom Mailer Envelopes: Designed for standout communication before the big event.
  • Pocket Folder Inserts: Handy pieces tailored for conference attendees to access with ease.

It’s always rewarding to contribute to an event that draws health professionals from around the globe, empowering them with the tools to drive public health initiatives forward.

Over a Decade of Partnership with NAEYC

For more than 10 years, we’ve supported the National Association for the Education of Young Children in their mission to advance quality education for young learners. Our recent collaboration involved producing materials for their membership renewal campaign, including:

  • Custom Membership Folders: Helping members stay organized and engaged.
  • Mailing Pieces: Print, inkjet, and direct mailing services all handled under one roof.

NAEYC’s dedication to their cause inspires us, and we’re honored to provide the tools they need to stay connected with their members.

Big, Bold and Impactful: Black Health Connect

When Black Health Connect (BHC) needed a partner for their inaugural conference, we jumped at the chance to create something extraordinary. Held at the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) atrium and the Westin Hotel, the event drew over 1,000 attendees, and they wanted their visuals to make a powerful impression.

The Highlights of Our Work:
  • Sculptural Installations:

    • A show-stopping 6’ x 10’ installation for the atrium entrance.
    • A smaller, but equally bold, 4’ x 7’ piece for the Westin lobby.
    • Both were crafted from layered foam core, painted, and reinforced with clear acrylic for stability.
  • Event Graphics and Décor:

    • DJ booth backdrops.
    • Elevator wraps.
    • Hanging banners and wall graphics.
    • Column wraps and collapsible hop-up walls.

The result? A visually cohesive, high-impact branding experience that impressed attendees and added energy to the event.
