For over 10 years, Tray has proudly partnered with Westfield Montgomery, a valued customer. Recently, we tackled the challenge of enhancing the mall experience by supporting multiple food court tenants with inviting outdoor dining options. Given the pandemic’s restrictions on indoor dining, creating a safe and enjoyable outdoor space became essential. In collaboration with the client’s design agency, Tray transformed the outdoor area with a cohesive theme and attractive decorations, making it inviting for patrons. Our efforts included designing effective promotional materials and clear signage to guide visitors from inside the mall to the outdoor dining area. This strategic approach not only enhanced visibility but also ensured guests felt confident navigating the space, all while complementing existing graphics.
